I got the same email from the same name.....and just got a new one from Whitney Jones......that number listed may be one of those scams that charge 30.00 a minute.....so far I have not received one legitimate inquiry about the car I am selling....googling the name and seeing this post saved me!!!!!! Just got e-mail from her in regards to a car I am selling. It just asked in all caps the lowest amount I would take for the vehicle. Thought it was a bit vague so typed in her name and found your site. Thanks! I won't be responding to her.
I had the exact same response to my craigslist ad. The first response came from Felicia Hoffman and appeared normal but my response went to someone named Donald Xiilow. He then wanted to use Paypal. How does this scam actually work?
We just recieved the same response the only difference is the name. This the name we recieved the email from: donaldxiillow01@gmail.com. Everything else is the same word for word.

Dido to all the above with the FH! Same exact emails refusing to call. You'd have to be an idiot to deal with a scam artist this stupid. I don't understand why it's so hard to track this individual down and arrest them. I'm quite certain their not dumb enough to use their real name, Felcia Hoffman, and are located in Georgia. The email address I received was felliciahoffman@gmail.com. Really who works 24 hrs a day and can't find time to call you? Also; Paypal protects the buyer; when a person claims they don't receive their merchandise Paypal refunds the buyer. The seller who get's scammed is out the merchendise and the payment! This person responded to Harley Davidson I placed on Craiglist.

We also have been dealing with this person. What can we do stop this, first time using Craig's list, won't do it again. Looks like they go after big ticket items, ours was an RV, they use the exact same wording and a few different names.

I'm selling a car on Craiglist and got a text message from this person asking me to email pictures to the email mentioned above. I looked this chick up on FB. Just so happens that the first profile that came up there was a Felicia Hoffman that lives in the town next to me and is a Sales Consultant as CarMax so I was on board. I sent the pics and get a response " I got the pics, thank you. When do you want to complete this transfer?" I told them that they could come test drive this weekend... and I got this...
